कॅंडिडर्मा प्लस क्रीम (Candiderma Plus Cream) is a synthetic glucocorticoid that specifically binds to cytoplasmic receptors. This inhibits leukocyte entry at the inflammation site, interferes in inflammatory response mediator functioning, and reduces oedema and scar tissues. It also binds to phospholipids in the fungal cell membrane and alters its permeability. Lastly, it binds itself to 30S-subunit proteins and also 16S rRNA. It attaches irreversibly to a total of four nucleotides of 16S rRNA and one protein S12 amino acid. This causes interference when it comes to decoding the site.
