    Topisal is a corticosteroid and recommended for treatment of skin ailments like psoriasis and eczema. The chemical in the drug, Clobetasol Propinate, directly acts in inhibiting the inflammation causing element on the skin giving relief to the patients. The drug is meant for topical application over the affected area. People having skin infection or any other allergy should exercise caution. This is a prescription drug.
