RECLIMET
- Reclimet is used by patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus. This drug contains an element known as gliclazide which acts on the amount of insulin produced in the pancreas. Once this increases, the blood sugar level drops automatically. It is available in tablet form. The side effects of this drug include constipation, loose motions, blisters and other skin conditions like peeling and rashes.

You should follow this diet chart to control & treat the diabetes.
* in morning, drink 1-2 glass of luke warm water empty stomach & walk for 15 minutes to detoxy the body.
In breakfast, take 2 chapatis of gram flour (besan) with a bowl of cooked vegetables (green leafy vegetables only)
* in lunch take 2 chapattis of wheat flour with a bowl of cereals (dal) with a bowl of curd.

Your blood sugar is still high. Follow the advice given below
1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc)
2. Reduce weight if overweight
3control diet
a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta

Mr your sugar levels appear to be fairly good. The prescribed medicines are working well. But if you find difficulty with galvus met, you may try voglibose 0.3 mg along with each meal the brand is tab k - vog 0.3 mg I also want to know how active you are, because daily 1 h of exercise even brisk walking can help control blood sugar better.

If she is not eating insulin dose has to be adjusted. Razo 20 twice is high dose. Should be made once. Please consult privately for personalised management.

U can increase dose of reclimet[80+500] twice a day.
Do more exercise. Follow diet plan.
