Hello
pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it.
* eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal
* eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal
* avoid sour salty spice food
* avoid curd, but take butter milk
* use only cow milk & ghee
* avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water
* for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk

This cream contains few harmful ingredients and hence it may cause a lot of unwanted side effects like irritation, hair growth on face, thinning of skin, wrinkles on face, pimples and even steroid dependence. You should stop using it immediately.

It is disturbing that you are using panderm plus cream that I understand contains ofloxacin, ornidazole (antibacterials), terbinafine (antifungal) and clobetasol (very potent steroid) on your face. Please do not use steroid that too high potent steroids without a dermatologist prescription. Pcos patients usual have more acne problem due to hormonal reasons and thus require acne treatment. 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6. Maintain personal hygiene.
