First of all stop panderm cream. It is very harmful for skin and should not be used at all. Now to reduce the side effects with panderm start with a good sunscreen and moisturising agent. And mild cleanser.

It is disturbing that you are using panderm plus cream that I understand contains ofloxacin, ornidazole (antibacterials), terbinafine (antifungal) and clobetasol (very potent steroid) on your face. Fungal infection needs to be treated with anti fungal also need to avoid moisture to decrease it. See the dermatologist as well.
