Still send me your last hba1c report, last 2 fbs pp2bs report, lipid profile report.     After how many months of taking thyronorm 75 mg is the tsh-2.92?
    if she has taken for more than 6 weeks and the value of tsh is 2.92 she can continue same dose that is 75 microgram and do a 6 weekly follow up
    the target is to keep tsh in range.

    Reducing the medicine has to be done under medical supervision. Reduce it to 20 mg and monitor every day for 15 days. If things are fine then fix the dose. But if there is fluctuation then go back to 40. But this has to be done under a doctor supervision only.
