Ours was a love cum arranged marriage. He said he wants to do only business and he will not do job at any cost. He was a chronic alcoholic and smoker and started to quit both. But he couldn't quit smoking but reduced it. For alcoholic problem he took treatment but there is a relapse for every 6months. I secretly came to know one day that he is running behind gambling business like rice pulling. He comes home rarely like once or twice in a month and stays for 2 or 3 days. I thought I can change him but lost everything even my hope. I don't even a penny in my hand. If I work only I can see some money. Right nw iam doing my PG supported by my brother. He puts sleeping pill nexito plus daily telling tat he has stress and Dr. told him to put it. I don't have a baby also. He is not interested in tat also. He simply believes superstitious things and blames time and God for everything. I have put fight lot many times and even went to my mom's house for 1 yr. Threatened him of divorce also. But no change. I don't know what to do. Pl give me some advice. Can he change and how can I do it or can I break his relationship. Thank you.

You have a husband who does not work, lost heavily in business, sold all your jewelry, comes home once in a while, takes sleeping pills, drinks every six months, smokes, has not helped to conceive a child, is blaming god and time for everything and I am sure there must be a host of other problems that you may not have listed!!! Under such circumstances what do you think is the choice you need to make?! I don’t think he will change because he is quite happy since he has a home, a dutiful wife, fo...more

Scott m peck in his book? the road less travelled, begins with a three word statement. It stands alone like a one-line paragraph and it reads? life is difficult. Then he suggests that we should not attempt to change this fact but that we should change ourselves to approach this situation by, discipline. Now even if you are depressed, do not give in to it. In fact I always recommend that this is the only condition that you must fight by doing the opposite of what you feel like doing. You must exe...more

    Hi lybrate-user,
if you really want to cure your anxiety forever, you need to have a long term treatment plan that takes into consideration your anxiety symptoms, what you're suffering from, how badly you're suffering, and your specific anxiety disorder.
First and foremost, don't let your anxiety cause you to make poor decisions about anxiety treatments. The reality is that most" rapid" treatments don't work. You'll find many people that claim that they have an extract or a medicine that...more

Nexito plus is a very good medicine for anxiety disorders and that shows in your improvement. However it should not be continued indiscriminately without a doctors advise. Also even if you feel completely alright, do not stop medications suddenly. Consult your psychiatrist/ doctor first.
If you feel you are unable to get up early in morning, you can definitely take the medication at 7pm, preferably with half a cup of milk, if not a meal.
    Take care.

Can you tell me the actual drug name in Wilpose is it Lorazepam. Then you are taking both nexito plus clonazepam and lorazepam. I think you need to slowly reduce the wilpose and stop and then be only on nexito rather than nexito plus. It looks like you are getting addicted to wilpose if it is lorazepam otherwise it is ok

Fear and tension is mostly associated when there is a feeling of uncertainty about the consequences of your activities or when you start assuming various negative results for a single event and you also feel that you would not be able to manage it. First stop worrying about the consequences and start focusing on the tasks to be completed. Build the confidence that you would be able to mange any difficult situation. You can see that these feelings of fear and tension automatically disappear.

Dear lybrate-useri understand your problem very well. You are suffering from home sickness and anxiety in adjusting to new environment. You need to relax. Your decreased sex drive is related to your anxiety. Your medicine nexito is a very good med 4 your problem but it will take 4 weeks for its effect to show up. Once its effect begins you will be treated of your symptoms. Meanwhile stop thinking a lot and try 2 relax as much as posdible.

Hello, thanks for the query. Whatever you have described here qualifies for a diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder (gad). I am sure this diagnosis must be already been told to you by various doctors & counselors. The real issue here is despite taking pari-cr 25mg why you are not improving. To find that out & help you with your problems, I need to know a few things 1. Who prescribed you thyronorm 75? have you got your thyroid tests done recently? 2. Before pari-cr 25mg; what other medication...more
