Hi, your problems are owing to allergy. You may do the following for relief -
(a) avoid cold, spicy foods and drinks and all such food items that cause itching/ allergy. Avoid yellow banana as well.
(b) warm saline gargling twice daily.

Bronchitis is loose term used mostly for all type of cuogh.If you are realy having bronchitis then Montec lc will not work.

Dear lybrate-user, is it only enlarged tonsils or infected as well. If only enlarged without symptoms then don't worry. If there is repeated tonsil infection at age of 58, then its high time to consult a homeopath as there is urticaria/ allegic nature of disease. Even after taking montec lc.

Avoid things which causes allergies, like dust, pollen etc keep a handkerchief with you always while traveling outside the home. Take montek lc 1 tablet at night time only for 5 to 7 days. It will help for sure, in case of severe suffocation use mdi asthalin 2 puffs only.

Dear Tamal, You have a high IgE level hence you need to do an Allergy sin test for dustmite, and common allergans and then start on Oral allergan immunotherapy under supervision of an allergist.
Food allergy can be tested by double blinded placebo controlled trail which is the gold standard.
Combination of Fexofenadiene and Monteleukast can be tried for a period of 6 weeks.

Montek and singulair are same medicine. Try budamate 200 2 puff/twice/day with spacer as your problem can be due to asthma.

Seems you are having allergic rhinitis with asthma .Take telekast f 1 tab /day with breakfast,Intra nasal steroid and budamate 200 2 puff twice/day with spacer.Get phadiatop adult allergy screenig done and if abnormal get allergy prick/phadiatop allergy test done and immunotherapy if indicated.
