    Hi -happy to help you. I can say that diabetes is biggest problem in india. So not merely sexual capacity but we should think all disorders & prventions. You can go for a 1200- 1400 kcal/day diet plan. No sugar, take gourds more, briown rice, citrus fruits etc. Curd (sour), skim milk, low rice but more whole grains/multi grains, low fried foods, no out side junk, best all home made foods, no stress, yoga/ exercises help more.

    Main cause of all their problems is increase fat on their body. The ideal weight must be 50 kg. It increase pressure on their knees, heart, blood vessels. So reduce 20 kg weight and you see all problems are gone.
    For weight reduction use steps:
    1. Morning brisk walk at least 2 km.
    2. Stop eating fried, non vegetarian, dairy products.
    3. Vegetables, fruits, serials, grains use in food.
    4. Use hot packs for pain.
    5. Gym cycling, breathing exercises.

    Hello sir, you have to follow good diabetic diet. Just have high protein, high fiber, low fat, low calorie diet. You should have idea about your carbohydrate counts. Sufficient water, every day 30-45 min physical activity or yoga, every day 10-15 min meditation, avoid tension and stress.

    Hello! diabetes n its symptoms can be well managed by a good diet chart. Take small meals in every 3-4 hr. Regular interval. Avoid sweet n sugar also honey n jaggery, fried foods, ready to eat foods, preserved foods n simple carb like maida.     Lybrate-user, taking metformin while breast feeding the baby, produces no effects on baby's blood glucose level.
