Any way it may be tried,
-- dolokind plus (mankind) [aceclofenac 100 mg +paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. Od & sos. X 5 days.
--. Caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab od x 10 days.

Toothache, masoodha ka phoolna all these r symptoms of gum disease so u need through cleaning og mouth along with antibiotics for 3 day' s following massaging paste for gums.

Restricted mouth opening may happen after dental treatment due to several reasons 1. Muscle spasm due to the local anaesthetic administration
2. Aggravation of a preexisting subclinical jaw joint dysfunction
3. Recurrent, spreading infection
4. Inflammation in the muscles of the jaws etc.

This problem is slightly unusual but can definitely happen due to few reasons due to which the asymmetric muscle goes into spasm .You have to keep patience ,recovery in such cases takes time do .Warm saline gargles and mouth opening exercises will help to open mouth .You are advised to take muscle relaxant and consult your dental surgeon have patience and you will be fine .

Do breathing exercise. Go far xray dorsolumbar spine. Try dolokind plus 1 tab/twice/day after meals for 7 days.

The key may have injured the gum which may be infected. You need an antibiotic and pain killer. Have cifran ct and dolonex dt- both twice a day for 3 days after food.
