If the pain is heavy then you can take tablet cyclopam. There is a chance of getting fever and shivering on first day, for which you should take paracetamol. No extra precaution are needed, except for avoiding public places for firs 2 days.

Taking a pain killer during periods is fine to relieve pain. You can use meftal spas or cyclopam. It will not have any adverse effect on future pregnancy.

Stomach pain is mainly due to excessive gas production, or warm infestation. Give syp albendazole 10 ml every 3-6 monthly. Give syp cyclopam 5 ml if pain is unbearable.

Is the baby bottle fed in which case there is chance for colic. You must feed from cup and spoon. Try giving cyclopam syrup 2.5 ml and see.

Its safe but not when smelly potty or loose motions. So please avoid it. It looks like a gut infection. Please get a stool routine test done.
