    Hi.
We call it bp problem when the bp is continuously high. White coat hypertension does not require treatment. As you said, your bp at home is absolutely normal. So you do not have to take any medicines of bp control. Take care.

Concor is for blood pressure. If it is keeping your blood pressure normal and offering no side effects, then keep on taking it. Concor can reduce pulse rate as side effect. So keep track of your pulse per minute. If it goes below 65 per minute, consult your doctor. In india, many non medical people have a habit of commenting on doctors opinion without complete knowledge. So when in doubt ask your doctor, nobody else.

Concor contains bisoprolol which is a beta - blocker. They are known to cause erectile dysfunction. You can stop concor and start Tab Nevy 5mg once a day .It is also a beta -blocker but doesn't cause erectile dysfunction.
Keep monitoring your BP and heart rate and give me feedback.

Yes, it can be dangerous. It can drop the blood pressure. Keep a bp monitoring machine at home to prevent such mishaps. If bp gets low then make him lie down with feet raised and make him drink salt drinks /ors solution, till the blood pressure normalise.
