Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Following is what I would recommend for relief -
(a)'amla churna' (patanjali) - 1/2 tsp daily with warm water, preferably before lunch for next 1 month.
(b)'bael churna' (patanjali) - 1/2 tsp daily with warm water, post lunch daily for next 1 month.

Take 2 teaspoons of bitter gourd (karela) juice once a day. One can also increase its use as a cooked vegetable.
Take 1 teaspoon of indian gooseberry (amla; amalaki) juice mixed with 1 teaspoon of bitter gourd juice twice a day.
Chew 10 holy basil leaves (tulsi), 10 margosa leaves (neem), and 10 bael leaves (belpatra) on an empty stomach in the early morning.

Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes.
Chew 10 holy basil leaves (tulsi), 10 margosa leaves (neem), and 10 bael leaves (belpatra) on an empty stomach early in the morning.

As usual keep covered to prevent sun strokes.
Keep well hydrated by drinking max water.
Khas sharbat, bael sharbat, mango pana, amla murabba are few things to be used regularly.
Pl see that you get sharbat containing herbs' extracts and not only synthetic flavours. Take from an authentic source. Some hot selling brands are also synthetics. Pl read carefully.

You seem to be having gerd plus fissure / piles. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet
2. Avoid chillies & spices
3. Take lot of fluids
4. Avoid constipation
5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs)
6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises
