This the mistake a lot of [people make: not combining medication with therapy. 20 Years ago if you had started to combine, you would have been in a different situation altogether by now. IT USED WHEN PROBLEMS IN SLEEPING AT NIGHT DUE TO ULCER. BUT DO NOT USE IT IN LONG TIME.
TAKE TAB. PANTAPRAZOLE 40 MG BEFORE MEAL TWICE A DAY FOR 30 DAYS. SYP. DIGENE 15 ML 15 MINUTES BEFORE MEAL DAILY THRICE A DAY FOR 30 DAYS. TAB. MEFTAL SPAS SOS IF PAIN IN ABDOMEN.
EAT MORE FIBER MEAL, AVOID OILY, SPICY,FATTY FOODS,
IF NOT OK THEN CHECKUP CBC, BLOOD SUGAR, LFT, ENDOSCOPY OF UPPER ABDOMEN. AND CONSULT AGAIN.

Please get your electrolytes done. you might be having a sodium drop. dytor and telma may be the reason of sodium drop. the drop in sodium may be the reason of depression

Yes it looks like to are going through depression, if you are able to realize that the doubts on your husband are unreasonable and repetitive and you are not able to control it then I think you should take professional help. Taking alprax without supervision of the doctor might lead to addiction of these tablets.

Dear, alprax contains alprazolam. It is a short acting medicine that makes one drowsy/sleepy. But when used for a longer time and then suddenly stopped it can lead to rebound sleeplessness. It does have side effects and I would not recommend that you take it continuously.
You may gradually try to decrease the dose to half then take it alternate day and then stop it over 2 weeks. Don't stop immediately. There are other safer drugs for insomnia that you can use instead.

This is not normal to take one full strip. This drug have multiple indications and should not be taken without doctor's prescription. Meet a qualified specialist if you want to help the concerned person. Just by knowing use people can misuse, that's what happens in society. Dangerous self-medication.
