Acipax 10Mg Tablet
Acipax 10Mg Tablet, is an antihistamine which prevents sneezing, running nose, itching and watering of the eyes and other allergic symptoms. It treats allergies, hives like urticarial and other inflammatory allergic conditions.
This medication should not be taken in case you are already taking medicines like an antifungal drug, an antibiotic, malaria medicine quinine. There could be drug interactions, causing irregular heart-beats.
One should tell the doctor in case you have asthma or any other lung disease, have low potassium levels in the blood, urinary retention, enlarged prostate, kidney or liver disease or any kind of heart irregularity.
This medication should be taken orally only as directed by the doctor. It is taken on an empty stomach one hour earlier to a meal or two hours after a meal. Never take this medication with grapefruit or its juice.

This medicine interacts with histamine in order to bind at H1-receptor sites, large blood vessels, and bronchial muscle, thereby, inhibiting the development of flare, oedema, profuse itching as a result of excessive histamine secretion.
Whenever you take more than one medicine, or mix it with certain foods or beverages, you"re at risk of a drug interaction.
