यह दवा गैस के बुलबुले को तोड़ने में मदद करता है, जिससे इसे खत्म करना आसान हो जाता है, और इस प्रकार यह आराम पहुंचने मे या इसको रोकने मे मदद करता है। इस प्रकार इसका उपयोग सूजन, पेट भरने और पाचन तंत्र से दबाव और गैस को राहत देने के लिए किया जाता है।

अपने चिकित्सक द्वारा निर्देशित या सोते समय या भोजन के बाद मौखिक रूप से उपयोग करें। यह दवा थायरॉयड दवा के प्रभाव को कम कर सकती है। इसलिए दवा को लगभग 4 घंटे पहले या बाद में लें।

This medication is a silicone oil that is used as a surfactant, carminative and antifoaming agent and has viscoelastic characteristics. The drug mainly protects the skin from minor irritations caused by diapers or from getting cracked or chapped. It does not allow water to evaporate from the skin. In head lice treatment the drugs affect the respiratory system of the lice and hence, prevents the scalp from getting affected.
