ALKASOL
- Alkasol is prescribed for patients of gout or kidney stones and even urinary infections. This drug basically neutralises the acid that emanates from blood and urine as it has an alkalinising action. It is available in syrup form. Anxiety, mood swings, a constant feeling of tiredness, Gi ulceration and diarrhoea are the possible side effects of this drug.

Madam, Your complaints are suggesting of Chronic Urinary Tract Infection. You need to take immediate action. You may start Syr Uriliser / Alkasol - 2 TSp (10ml) mixed with half glass of water 3 times a day after taking food. This shall reduce your pain but no cure.
You consult a good senior physician of your locality, get your urine tested for Routine and Culture with Drug sensitivity to have the right choice of antibiotic. Your physician shall say if any other investigation is required.more

Apply dologel or mucopain ointment on the burn 3-4 times a day. Also apply glycerine. Avoid oilly spicy and hot foods completely.
