To have a glowing skin and healthy hair, pay attention to your diet and lifestyle. Diet should include seasonal fruits, whole wheat breads and vegetables. Avoid processed food, beverages containing excess sugar and fast food containing cornflour. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Exercise for 30 minutes daily. Avoid smoking. Do deep breathing exercises. Wash your hair 2-3 times a week with the shampoo that suits your hair type. Use sunscreen, broad brimmed hats, umbrella, if spending long hours in sun.
