Tips to boost immunity in winter.

1. Maintain healthy & balanced diet.
2. Consume fruits and vegetables regularly, because antioxidants/phytonutrients keep infections at bay.
3. Stay active. Physical activity is a must.
4. Add- condiments &spices more in the diet like Haldi, Dalchini, black pepper, ginger, dry ginger, methi dana, tulsi
5. Give up smoking.
6. Drink alcohol in moderation.
7. Get enough sleep.
8. Wash your hand frequently.
9. Wash meat and veggies/fruits well.
10. Try and minimize stress. Yoga and meditation keep stress away.
