Sports Injury
Sports is a form of activity which will give you a lot of wear and tear in the body so you should be fit to do your sport. Nobody can achieve fitness by doing a certain sport as it might lead to an injury so make sure you are backing up your sports with a proper warm up and cool down exercises. It should be done along with the strength training at least twice a week. Stretching daily will reduce the risk of injury while doing any sport.
