People are very lucky and blessed who have very healthy and glowing skin with minimum efforts throughout their lives. Of late, skin problems like acne, psoriasis, eczema, urticaria, fungal infections have been affecting people irrespective of their ages, sex and occupation while some of these ailments are minor other might be major. A number of factors both internal, as well as external, contribute to skin ailments. Dermatological problems if not treated timely can leave a person physically and mentally, emotionally disturbed.
A lot of conventional and allopathic treatments are available in a market. Ointments like anti-histaminic, anti-bacterial, antifungal medications though they are effective, in many cases it has been observed that skin problems tend to relapse or reoccur after a certain interval. In these cases, homeopathy works effectively in curing the dermatological problems completely and providing a permanently relief to a patient. Some of the homeopathy medicine which is being frequently used in treating the skin disorders are like natrum mur, Rhus tox. Like natrum mur can be used where there is depression in a patient is seen. Arsenic is another one of the good medicine which is used in midnight aggravation, in the cases of urticaria, eczema. Other medicine like Cantharis which is helpful in treating of the burn cases, Thuja which is helpful in warts cases. Other few medicines which are being used like sulphur, graphites, petroleum, hepar sulph. Medicines are selected on the basis of symptoms similarity, constitution and maismatic background.
