Psychological stress is the reaction to feeling that environmental needs are beyond my capabilities. It will be eustress,good stress if I used it to improve my capabilities It will distress bad stress if I couldn't work because of my hyperactive sympathetic stimulation .Anxiety, tremors,loss of concentration are symptoms of distress. Deep breathing helps to change this hyperactivity.
