Condiments
Nuts
Seeds
Red/purple colour fruits and veg.
Black berries cherries strawberries and ber all good.
Omega3 is best.
Broccoli
Onion and garlic
Honey
Cinnamon
Turmeric
Black pepper
Basil
Green tea
