In ayurveda, Cow ghee has been regarded as elixir of life. Nowadays people think that consuming cow ghee will increase cholesterol, lead to heart diseases etc. BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE. Cholesterol increases when the body is not able to digest what you eat & undigested food results in increased AMA, which results in increased cholesterol or uric acid or even RA factor. So the main concern should be how to streamline digestion, rather than stopping ghee!!!
