For minor ailments, call or text your family physician. Take his/her advice. If you don't feel better, then only visit a clinic or hospital. Avoid unnecessary visits to clinic. Take minimum relatives with you, to clinic. Maintain minimum 6ft distance while waiting in clinic. Wearing a mask is a must for you and the person accompanying you. Not every cough, fever is COVID 19 infection. Majority of those with good immunity will develop mild symptoms. Those with diabetes, heart disease, h/o smoking, advanced age, on chemotherapy, pregnant women, children less than 12 yr age are more prone to complications and severe infection. They should not go out unless very essential. Help senior citizens around you so they can avoid stepping out. Those who are asymptomatic today will show symptoms after 10-14 days. If they don't stay home, they are likely to infect thousands of people during this incubation period. So kindly control your desire to go out, stay at home which is the safest place for you and your family. Keep yourself fit physically and mentally, do regular exercise, yoga and meditation. Enjoy this precious time with family like never before!
