Honey
Honey is a great ingredient that may help you lose weight by providing the sweetness you want with the nutrients you need and helps you in proper digestion.
Ingredients
A cup of hot water
1 tbsp. Of lemon
1 tbsp. Of honey
1 tsp. Of cinnamon
Enjoy honey, lemon and cinnamon tea for weight loss.

1 tsp. Of raw honey
2 tsp. Of lemon juice
Drink in the morning on an empty stomach.

A cup of boiling hot water
1 tbsp. Of organic honey
1 tsp. Of organic cinnamon
Drink 1/2 a cup in the morning on an empty stomach and 1/2 cup 45 minutes after dinner.
