Weather is making an about turn, hydration will soon be a necessity. When it comes to hydration, think both quality and quantity. Choose clear water or natural fruit juices. Aerated and artificial sweetened drinks are a complete no. Keeping your body hydrated is the best way to detoxify your system and make sure you cleanse waste from the body. Think of your mouth as the inlet pipe of a cleaning system and the urine as an outlet of the waste system. You put in clean water, it cleanses the impurities out of your body and comes out along with the waste extracted from your body.

Drink around 8 to 10 glasses of water per day especially in the dry summer season. Keep a bottle of clean water with you at work or study. Fruit juices will also provide you with the best vitamins and extra minerals to keep your health and body in good shape. Drinking enough fluids protects you from many health problems including colds, urinary stones and urinary infections.

An easy way to add more health - squeeze in a bit of fresh lemon which is very rich in Vitamin C. The result of this simple yet important habit? You get clear skin, better immunity, more stamina and good bowels, for sure.
