CIRRHOSIS OF LIVER:
Cirrhosis of liver has been a kashtsadhya to asadhya category and not reversible. However in Ayurveda the products of low cost but high processing standards are abundant in market. But all these have almost common constituents with little difference.
In our career we have found and so have some fellows who have done special studies/ research on this, one 'Yog' viz. PUNARNAVASHTAK KVATH has been found very effective both in alcoholic and non alcoholic complications of liver. Its not commonly available but may be found if tried. If someone can, fresh herbs ( out of seven herbs in all) may be found by the help of some 'malis' or foresters or such persons and extracted juices i.E. Swarasa may be orally given to patient twice a day. Results will be most encouraging. However it is easy to say than to find and do it for long time. Alternatively all the seven herbs may be found at Pansari shop in dried state. Decoction of this may be prepared and given twice a day along with some other yogas.
After few days the patient will start feeling better and symptoms start to ease out. Patient feels good and natural appetite and metabolism normalizes. The worsening pace of liver slows down. It definitely increases life span of patient. But cirrhosis can't be reversed.
