- Ziglim is a drug recommended to patients who are suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus. It effectively helps in lowering blood sugar levels in cases where weight loss and exercise is not quite enough. Some of the side effects of the drug are diarrhoea, nausea, yellowing of the skin, sore throat, fever, dizziness, dark urine and weakness.

You are taking very very very high dose of medicine. And it will not have any effect. Blood sugar medicine are scientifically treated.
