with medicines, diet is also the most important thing to maintain you sugar level under control. You have to take proper balanced diet for sugar control
take small and frequent meals.
Avoid simple carbs like maida and it's product, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice etc.
Avoid fried foods.
Include more fiber to your diet.

You should follow diabetic diet and exercise daily for at least half an hour.

You seem ok with these med. Except occasional spurts in sugar levels. I would sincerely advise you to get support of some herbal combo along with these med. If you get response in few weeks, you may continue. Uncontrolled and sustained dm will effect your helath by way of neuropathy and retinopathy and other problems. Your diabetologist must have cautioned you.

There is no comlete cure for diabetes. Your blood sugar is still very high and you need readjustment of your medicines.

Any inflammation of the tissue cpk level rises. You have conditions of artery block &diabetes that is enough for rise in cpk.

Your blood sugar levels are still high, you need to bring fasting closer 100 mg and pp near to 140 mg/100 ml. The medication is not adequate and also have to look at your diet and exercise regimen.
