Tybro Eye Drop is a blend of two drugs: Dexamethasone and Tobramycin. Dexamethasone is works as a steroid which obstructs the production of prostaglandins that make the eye red, swollen and itchy. Tobramycin is an antibiotic which performs its action by stopping bacterial development in the eye and preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
