    go to a psychiatrist who can give you more time , understand your current symptoms, use only 2 drugs in adequate dosages.
    visit with a family member who know you well,with all past records.

    Hello. Your mother appears to be affected by a condition called epilepsy (most probably generalised tonic clonic siezure) which is going to remain there for life. As she is taking zeptol 400 (carbamazepine) regularly, it is the drug of choice for this condition too along with valproate and is quite safe too.     Neither Melzap nor trapex is a antidepressant, they are primarily sleeping and anxiety reducing medications. If you are still experiencing any symptoms of depression you need to see a Psychiatrist and discuss options.
