Just start with tab sodium valproate 500 mg at night and tab trapex 2 mg at night. Report after 2 weeks.

You are taking too many drugs without much improvement.
go to a psychiatrist who can give you more time , understand your current symptoms, use only 2 drugs in adequate dosages.
visit with a family member who know you well,with all past records.

Hello. Your mother appears to be affected by a condition called epilepsy (most probably generalised tonic clonic siezure) which is going to remain there for life. As she is taking zeptol 400 (carbamazepine) regularly, it is the drug of choice for this condition too along with valproate and is quite safe too. Please take following medicine:- Dr. Reckeweg's r - 14 / 10 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Revert back after one month with feedback.

Neither Melzap nor trapex is a antidepressant, they are primarily sleeping and anxiety reducing medications. If you are still experiencing any symptoms of depression you need to see a Psychiatrist and discuss options.
