    Hello lybrate-user,
if your skin is absolutely normal with no itching or allergies to the sun rays, you can apply sunban spf 31 sunscreen lotion all over the exposed skin and repeat it every three hours.

    Improving complexion
In my view, any superficial treatment will have its limitations.
Improving your system as a whole is important. I suggest-
1.Drinking lots of water is good
    2.Take nutritious and timely food.
3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains.
    4.Have timely and adequate sleep.
    5.Be relaxed and avoid tension
6.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and facemore

There is no quick remedy for acne as it is the under hormone and genetic control. Of you the pimples are severe you need to be put on oral medications. Right now use sunban ultra gel full face bet 8am to 5pm every three hours. And for pimples apply epiduo gel very little at night for 30 min and wash. For glow use full face biluma cream.
