Hell
as correctly told to you by other doctors, keloids are incurable. If you try to remove it surgically, it will come back with twice the intensity. You can however reduce the itching by applying sofradex cream twice a day.

1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6. Maintain personal hygiene
7. Consult skin specialist, if no relief.

Hello,
chances of having fungal infection on the private part are high as the area is always covered where air can't pass through as well as it sweats also.
But then as well more symptoms are required to know the exact diagnosis.
And associated medical condition or symptoms.
Medication:
meantime, can take homoeopathic medicine - tellurium 30/ 3 times a day daily for 15 days.
Revert.
