SILODAL

    Silodal is prescribed for male patients suffering from enlarged prostate gland. This drug is basically an alpha blocker that helps the bladder muscles relax so that the patient can pass urine comfortably and without pain. It is available in tablet form. The side effects for this drug include nasal allergy, loose motions, lack of sexual drive, low blood pressure and dizzy spells.

If your symptoms are better with it. No need to change or add on any other medicine. Continue with silodal d. Get your psa repeated every 3 months. If its raiseing then you may require biopsy also.

Dear , your doctor has prescribed the drug so he must have investigated you with urine usg (kub) please post them here. But at the same time make sure you are not constipated and do not have fissure. It seems you have bladder outflow obstruction.
