SERENACE
- Serenace is prescribed for patients suffering from Schizophrenia or other manic disorders. This drug basically acts as a blocker which prevents the activity of excess dopamine in the brain, so as to reduce various behavioural problems. It is available in tablet and liquid form. The side effects of this drug include restlessness, uncoordinated activity, constipation, headaches and skin allergies.

I hope your visits to the psychiatrist were regular and the medication has been frequently reviewed during these ten years. Never attempt to take medicines on your own. I feel the psychiatrist whom you have contacted might have advised some physical activity. Please follow them. Still if you don't get relief then you can consult.

Ur wife is taking good combination of medicine. If it is not working than u can go for 75 mg of clonil and tab. Sizodon ls in place of serenace. Go for counselling(bt)also.
