Ur wife is taking good combination of medicine. If it is not working than u can go for 75 mg of clonil and tab. Sizodon ls in place of serenace. Go for counselling(bt)also.

Give her tab stalopam 10mg after breakfast. Tab serenace 0.25mg twice a day. Tab lonazep 0.5mg twice a day. Report after 7 days.
