    walking normally is fine . dont walk more than 1.5 km .
    1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min.
    2) Start natural calcium supplement.
    3) Do regular stretching exercise

    Sir, there are no. Of treatments available nowadays for knee pain, but it not possible to suggest you a treatment, untill we will not see history/ x-ray of your wife, after that we can sugest you good treatment, If your wife is not having heavy weight. I will suggest Intra-Articular Injunction like Symec inj, Little expensive but effective, it will increase lubrication of knee joint, for further kindly consult an Orthopedic Surgeon, he will guide you better,

    Check your serum calcium levels and get a whole body bone densitometry test done to rule out oesteporosis. Repeat your b12 and vit d tests also. With the reports, consult me privately. For the time being, take tab rumalaya forte 1-1-1 and apply mahanarayana taila to the affected part and give hot water fomentation. Perform neck exercises everyday in the morning and evening.

    Garlic with its multi sided medicinal qualities is also useful for arthritis. Consumption of two to three cloves of garlic work wonder against inflammation leading to aching joints.     Fused bones can't be separated but some oils give relaxation and strengthen muscles. Mahavishgarbh and mahanarayan oils of ayurveda are excellent. Do hot fomentation on neck area and then do gentle massage all around rigid area. Again may do fomentation if possible.
    But one major thing which is very important to adopt. Do yoga postures for neck and vertebral columns at least. Learn these. Slowly flexibility will come. Keep doing oils. Smell may be not so good but oils are very effective. Oth...more
