RIFAGUT
- Rifagut is prescribed for patients suffering from Traveller’s Diarrhoea or a bacterial infection in the intestines. This drug basically stops the growth of bacteria and prevents it from reaching and damaging the liver. It is available in tablet form. The side effects for this drug include rashes and itching on the skin, headaches, vomiting and nausea, constipation and frequent urination.

Diabetic patient after have small bowel bacterial overgrowth so try tab rifagut 200 mg bid x 5-7 days. Avoid milk and dairy products.

This might be viral diarrhoea. Drink lots of water, redistill thrice to four times a day, cap. Rifagut 400 twice a day, and cap. Sporolac ds thrice a day. Consult a doctor if possible.

Tab. Rifagut 4oomg three times a day for full 2 weeks (it's a gut specific antibiotic) cap. Darolac once a day for 2 weeks tab. Pantocid 40mg empty stomach morning 8am for 2 weeks clean water - get bisleri or ro system installed cooked fresh preferably home food only also deworm yourself and your kitchen staff with tab. Bandy plus once only in night before sleep (don't swallow but chew the tablet like a candy) let me know if it doesn't work
