    Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity.

    First of all stop using tobacco, instead start using nicorette chewing gums which is a replacement therapy for tobacco, for gastritis you can take pantoprazole and also start taking yogurt in good quantity and avoid hot and spicy foods, plus get your ulcers checked by a gastro-enterologist for a detail treatment plan

    look in to your life style. the culprit will be there. identify it and remove it.
    reduce stress in life by going slow , cutting down and stress busting activity like yoga meditation , pranayam and 30 minutes light excersice.

    This looks likes hyperacidity and indigestion. You should take simple food in time. No spicy or fried items. No bad personal habits. Take acidity tablets like ranitidine 33 mg daily for 2 - 3 weeks. If no relief see a physician.

    Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food.
    Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily.
    Chew your food properly.
    Avoid outside food.
    Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
    There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
    Small and frequent meals is of help.
    Keep your blood sugar controlled.
    Raise your bed about 4" from headend side.
    Get your gastroendoscopy done.
