You are already on two good antidepressants so it is less likely that you have uncontrolled depression. These seem more likely to be negative symptoms of schizophrenia according to the data you provided.
However it is advisable that you consult a psychiatrist in person to decide any form of treatment too be improvised.
Also it is would be prudent to reconsider the diagnosis too if you still face the same problems in spite of taking regular medications.

You are taking too many drugs without much improvement.
go to a psychiatrist who can give you more time , understand your current symptoms, use only 2 drugs in adequate dosages.
visit with a family member who know you well, with all past records.
I am sure you will be helped.

As far as these drugs are concerned these are given only when necessary in pregnancy. As you have not given your medical history in detail it is difficult to say anything. Qutipin 25 is not to be stopped but if you didnot have any attack from past one year then aripmt can be gradually reduced and stopped. But exact advice can be given only after your complete medical history.

If he had a ear bleed do get a ct scan of temporal bones done to rule out any fracture. It's better to get assured than later repent. Keep ear dry no water should go into ears. Avoid using ear drops. Get also an ent consultation done to ascertain if there is any injury to the ear drum. Will need to take a course of antibiotics after the consultation to avoid infection.
