    Hi,
stop the medicines that you are taking and the ointment also.
    Hi,
skin infection in inner thighs is a fungal infection which increases due to sweat accumulation at that area. So always keep the area dry. Don't apply any creams as this will increase the problem. Use any talcum powder or prickly heat powder or neosporin powder daily.
Don't eat spicy and fried food.

Yes, if it is in diaper area. Avoid diaper, clean the area with water. Mop it dry, don't rub it with clothes. Apply rashfree or siloderm ointment twice daily for 4-5 days.
