    Get allergy skin prick/phadiatop adult screenig done. If allergen are triger,start immunotherapy.Can try intranasal steroid during jan -march. As problem is seasonal,trigers being allergens are very high.

    For leg pain, please follow the below advise:
    keep your leg raised while sitting or lying
    quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface.     1.Epigastric pain and Heartburn,

    2.nausea/ vomiting,

    3.diarrhoea

    4.skin rash, pruritus,

    Dear lybrate-user for cough take syrup bronchorex if cough is with sputum or syrup lupituss if without sputum. Take syrup 3 times a day 5-10 ml each time. For 5 days. If there is also pain. Take tab augmentin 625 mg 3 times a day for 5 days. Do saline gargle 2-3 times with pinch of salt in luke warm water.
