MECOBALAMIN

    Mecobalamin is prescribed for patients suffering from Peripheral Neuropathy and Megaloblastic Anaemia. This drug helps in repairing brain damage to a great extent so as to improve the responses and functioning of the damaged nerves for better coordination. It is available in tablet form. The side effects of this drug include appetite loss, nausea, headaches, excessive sweating and loose motions.

dear this is a manifestation of diabetic neuropathy..in other words nerves getting involved in diabetes due to poor control of blood sugars over a long time...yes your b.sugar is not in control..it should be <180 post meal and fasting<140..take metformin 1 gm in evening after dinner along with this medication ..and mecobalamin u have to take for a pretty long time ..may be years..but why are u worried .it has no side effects and just simply act as nerve rejuvinator

for acidity you can take tab. antacid before meal in morning. for vit.d and b12 you can take . cap. mecobalamin 1 od and cap. revital 1od . for 1 month.
take fiber foods for low acidity ..take whole grain .
