- Mazetol is prescribed for patients suffering from epilepsy as well as a form of facial pain called trigeminal neuralgia. Relief on lying down.And pain present only on attempting to walk may indicate degeneration.In the knees or at the ankles due to prior arthritis. If possible do consult. Reevaluation may be of some help. Will try to help you in the best possible way.
