There is no substitute to food. Eat well. Get a cbc & thyroid profile done (blood test) if you put on weight and still have small breast then only option is breast augmentation surgery. No pills /potion/injection will help

Dear, consume balanced diet with more protein rich foods to build muscles. Since you want to build muscles, the amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1. 25 gm protein / kg of ideal weight.

Dear, at this age (30 years) - you should be most energetic. Pl. Share your health conditions may be due to some long term illness some internal illness or not getting proper diet on proper time, not getting" good night sleep.
