Levipil is an anti epileptic drug and not a tb medicine, so even if your tb has recovered you may have to continue using it because it if for another problem not tb. You should follow the advice of your treating doctor for its continuation who knows your case and why levipil was started.

Sir you should not stop medicine. She should take the medicine ideally for one more year then the medicine will be tapered off and stopped. If she stops now she has a great chance of having recurrence of seizure then she will hv to start again that too for another two yrs. Its good dat she is seizure free for one years and try not to miss a single dose for one more year.

Muscle stiffness associated with short unconsciousness would still be interpreted as a seizure/fit by a consultant in neurology.
The mere fact that concerned investigations (mri/eeg) are negative does not exclude the diagnosis of epilepsy. I also feel you must be on medication as advised.
Finally please do not question the consultant's opinion as mentioned in the last sentence of your note - is this the right way to take medication.

This medicine is prescribed for control of seizures. It is safe to use it. I would advice regular check up with your neurologist at least once a year.
Small cysts in the ovaries do not affect other parts of the body. They are usually functional and may be related to hormonal changes.
