If your doctor has clinically suspected malaria dose is ok but has to be repeated half the dose at 6, 24 and 48 hours.

Please get your baby tested for malaria first before giving lariago. Do get rdt and ps for malaria done.

Dear in this malaria normally fever comes and goes till 72 hrs. Kindly check the right dose of lariago 7.5 ml thrice daily. For 3 days. Normally after 6 doses of lariago in proper dose. Child must be fine. Still if you are not happy with improvement consult near by pediatrician for proper selection of medicines.
