LACOSET
- Lacoset is prescribed for patients suffering from epilepsy and seizures. This drug is a channel blocker which blocks excess sodium so as to calm the hyper active nerves. By doing so, it prevents and treats partial seizures which occur on one side of the brain. It is available in tablet form and for intra venous use as well. The side effects of this drug include nausea, indigestion and weakness.
