Hello,
thanks for your query.
According to your details your cavity is a deep cavity which enters your pulp (nerve, blood supply) of particular tooth.
You should go for an x ray of the tooth and may be for root canal treatment.
For medicines for pain and infection you can consult me with an iopar i. E, xray of that tooth.
Thanks.

Please send an iopa (xray ) of the tooth for detailed and correct diagnosis, yes the tooth can be re-root canal treated for optimal health of the tooth, if the tooth is badly broken and mobile, it can be extracted.

Thanks for the Query
It's normal phenomena usually upper front teeth comes by the age of 6 to 7 years and some time by 8 years also.
But for better visulization I advice you to visit your dentist and tell him to take X ray in that area. X ray will guide us wether permanent teeth are thr or nt and in which condition and roughly how much timee they will take to come out.
Thank you

I am assuming you have a problem with your wisdom tooth. If you have a problem with that tooth, usually the best option is to extract. However, if it is another tooth, then extraction is usually done only as a last resort. If you are not sure about the opinion of your dentist, you can always see another dentist, or an Oral Surgeon, for a second opinion.

Consult a local dentist and get yourself check up.Without examining you and without your Xrays can't really say anything. Use salt water gargles and mouthwashes for the smell. And brush your teeth with fluoride tooth paste.
