HUCOG
- This medication is used to treat infertility; it helps to increase the number of eggs that is being produced and released from the ovary. This medication replicates the hormones known as luteinizing or LH which actually helps the follicles to release the eggs in the ovaries. This has also been effective in increasing the sperm count in men. If patients are known to have a history of epilepsy, migraine, heart disorders, kidney disease and liver problems, caution should be exercised before prescribing the medication. Some of the known side effects of this medicine are tenderness in the breast, depression, nausea, constipation, and swelling of the spot where injection has been given.
