Mr. Lybrate-user, to reduce blood sugar levels, apart from appropriate medication, exercise and diet control are equally important. So you have exercise daily for at least 1 hour, brisk walk is a good option. Plus diet should be restricted to give exact calories based on sugar levels, daily exercise and ideal body weight.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc)

It is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolized to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. Hello if blood sugar levels are not near normal that is fasting about 100mg & after food around 140 mg, lot of complications occur. One of these is failure of erection. Therefore you have get full checkup including hba1c then improve treatment and also try tablet diagram 50 mg 1 hour before having sex. This might help.
